Christie’s International Real Estate is an international luxury real estate firm, established based on the renowned auction house Christie’s. We worked with the regional branch in Dubai, a key part of the brand's hierarchy.
Our concept was based on the metaphor of art, as Christie’s real estate is not just about sales, but about art objects. For affluent clients, luxury real estate symbolizes status, and we focused on emotions and unique experiences of entering the world of luxury.

In the first creatives, we highlighted the role of the real estate agent as an expert who helps clients find exclusive properties. In the second, we emphasized Christie’s connection to art, comparing the selection of real estate to finding paintings for collectors. The third creative revealed the brand’s unique selling point, showing how Christie’s helps clients enhance their status and add luxury to their lives. The fourth creative focused on the aesthetic side of real estate, with the brand’s burgundy color strengthening the connection to art.
We developed advertising slogans and visual content for Instagram and Facebook targeting, reflecting the classic image of Dubai as a city of luxury and art. The campaign highlighted projects such as Danah Bay, Six Senses Palm Jumeirah, Ritz-Carlton Residences (Bangkok), and Marbella Villas.
