Solution


To emphasize the premium nature of the service, we removed the words «atelier» and «repair» from the positioning. The design retains a clean style, attention to detail and customer care. We have combined technology, manual labor, craftsmanship and premium in the corporate style. The key sign of the corporate style has become a tailor's needle, which emphasizes an individual approach to work.

We came up with a legend that, in order to increase customer interest and loyalty, can be told during a conversation inside the workshop — the «31 rule». This is a kind of code that includes 31 criteria for the quality of work and services. Before considering the work done, the craftsmen go through a list of 31 points. And only after that the work is considered completed and given to the client.
