Tsaritsyn Market — a large-scale market complex built in 1991.
As part of the global reconstruction of the Tsaritsyn Market and the adjacent hotel, it was necessary to develop a navigation system and informational signage to help visitors easily navigate the area.
We started with a site visit to understand how visitors would perceive the space. Measurements were taken, and the height and locations of the signs were determined. We designed a multi-level navigation system, incorporating both standard signs and lightboxes, which can be read from both close range and afar.
To integrate Tsaritsyn Market into the district’s infrastructure, we used the Moscow Metro brand book to ensure a unified city style.
