Doctor Pchelkin is a brand of honey and its derivatives.
Tasks
• Development of corporate style.
• Design and production of corporate style merch.
Solution
Our main task was to rebrand the packaging and "modernize" the existing style while preserving the traditional character.
The honey producer himself, Dr. Pchelkin, is a third-generation beekeeper who continues the work of his family, carefully preserving its heritage.
We decided to convey the brand's character to the buyer through the packaging, bringing Russian traditions to the fore. We chose a serif font, as if from old Russian books, and for the convenience of the buyer each variety of honey had its own unique color that characterizes the taste.
Light "candied", like lips after a meal, packaging for sweet varieties: Tatarnikov, Buckwheat, Donnikov.
Burgundy was chosen for sweet honey with additives from pollen, mummy, perga, propolis and oleoresin.
Deep grey color was chosen for "strong" taste honey with pine nuts and maral antlers.
All the materials were produced at our "Polygraphic complex K60
Deep green is for slightly bitter honey with specific taste, that is very good for health: Diaghilev, Taiga, Chestnut.
And we also developed a special gift box "Alchemy of herbs" in the form of a bee honeycomb, which included several kinds of honey and mini versions of tea with labels created by us.
